When we think of champions, we think of those who win sport titles, either as a team or through individual efforts.
It is usually not easy to become a champion; it takes determination, practice, exercise, discipline and yes, commitment to never give up, give in, back up, back down, sit down, quit or walk away until victory is achieved.
God, our creator has given each of us the heart of a champion far beyond the field of athletic endeavor.  He wants us to win in the game of life.
A champion is a winner, or someone who’s really good at something. A champion is a person who has surpassed all rivals in a contest or competition. The word Champion comes from the Latin word campionem meaning, “gladiator/fighter.” A champion is also a person who fights for a cause. If you are the champion of fundraising, you keep pushing to raise money. If you are a champion of education, you will keep striving for academic excellence.
Overtime, the world has been telling stories about how Africa is backward; this in itself is only a fabrication. We are smart, intelligent, creative, skillful and diligent. WE ARE CHAMPIONS! It is time to tell our own stories. But how do we tell these stories without a channel? This publication has been designed as a channel to help project our success stories and showcase our excellent academic products.
Its contents promise to be educative, enlightening, inspiring, captivating and entertaining. So, sit back, grab a glass of drink as you take an adventurous journey into this beautifully woven piece!
